Products

All products sold on this website are subject to stock availability and may be discontinued at any time. If byMARKA receives an order for an item that is out of stock, an email will be sent with the expected delivery date. If the customer wishes, the order may be replaced with equivalent products.

If there is any difficulty supplying a product, or if an ordered item is unavailable, the user will be informed and may choose another item or request a refund.

Product descriptions are provided for information purposes and do not replace professional advice or consultation where this is required. byMARKA will endeavour to answer any questions about the use of its products.

byMARKA accepts no responsibility for consequences directly or indirectly related to a user's actions or omissions based on information, services or other material available on this website.

Prices

byMARKA reserves the right to change prices whenever it considers this necessary.

An order is only valid after it has been processed. If a product's correct price is higher or lower than the price shown in the order, byMARKA will contact the customer. The customer may confirm or cancel the order before it is shipped. If the customer cannot be contacted, the order will be cancelled and the full amount paid will be refunded.

Displayed prices include VAT at the rate legally applicable in Portugal.

Delivery charges apply to each order, except where the order total exceeds €200.

Orders

Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided. If you would like the products to be delivered without identifying the origin of the order, please let us know.

byMARKA is not responsible for errors or omissions resulting from incorrectly supplied information. If an order is returned because the customer provided incorrect details, the customer is responsible for the associated delivery costs.

If the customer cancels an order after it has been processed, the customer is responsible for paying the delivery costs.

Orders for which payment has not been confirmed or received remain valid for 48 hours.

Delivery

Products will only be shipped after payment has been received.

byMARKA undertakes to ship ordered products within a reasonable time, normally between 1 and 7 business days, depending on available stock.

byMARKA reserves the right to refuse this service where it suspects non-compliance by the customer.

When receiving an order by post or courier, refuse any parcel that is in poor condition or contains damaged items and notify us immediately.

If the order does not include an invoice and you require a copy, contact us and we will send it at no additional cost.

Exchanges and returns

For prepaid orders delivered to the customer's home by courier or CTT, byMARKA states that it complies with the obligations arising from Portuguese Decree-Law No. 143/2001.

If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we undertake to exchange the product for another item of an equal, lower or higher value within 14 days, provided it remains in the condition in which it was supplied. If the replacement product has a lower value, byMARKA will return the difference in the form of a discount voucher for the same amount.

If the customer does not wish to exchange the item for another product, byMARKA will return the order value by issuing a discount voucher for the same amount within a maximum of 14 business days.

Because the condition of returned items must be inspected, cash-on-delivery returns are not accepted.

To return a product, include a copy of the billing documents with the item.
