Which methods can I use?
Check the options at checkout: availability can vary by country, purchase amount, device and eligibility. The store uses Stripe and PayPal; you do not need a Stripe account to buy.
Cards, MB WAY and Multibanco
Choose an available option at checkout and follow the instructions. With MB WAY, approve the request in the app. With Multibanco, follow the deadline shown on your order; a valid reference does not guarantee stock is reserved after that deadline.
Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna
Digital wallets require a compatible device and card. Klarna determines the available options, which may not include instalments for every purchase.
My payment failed or is pending
Do not pay again if you have already been charged. Contact the store with your order reference. Never send full card numbers, security codes or authentication codes.
